I admit, this one has me stumped. This alate has three-segmented clubbed antennae.
She’s 5 mm long.
I’ve keyed her out as Monomorium.

Looks like a little Pheidole to me.
Found where?
We found them in Tempe, Arizona at a tennis court. They were attracted to the lights, probably. Thanks for the suggestion.
